Terms of Service — Avylo AI

Avylo Private Alpha Terms of Service Version: private-alpha-v1 — Effective: 2026-10-30 1. Who we are Avylo is operated by Mohamed Habib Allah Bibani, an individual based in Tunisia ("we", "us"). Avylo is not yet operated by a registered company. Contact: privacy@avyloai.com. 2. What this is Avylo is a private-alpha, invitation-only product. It is experimental: features may change, break or be withdrawn, and data may be reset. Do not rely on it for anything critical. By creating an account or ticking the acceptance box you agree to these Terms. 3. Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 18 and invited by us. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. One account per person; invitations are not transferable. 4. Acceptable use Do not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload malware or content you have no right to use; probe, scrape or attack the service; bypass invitation, credit or rate limits; resell access; or use outputs to harm others. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms. 5. Your content You keep ownership of what you submit (prompts, project content, files) and of outputs generated for you, to the extent you have rights in them. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and secure the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI provider to do so under the terms we use with it. 6. AI features Outputs are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or similar to other outputs. Review them before relying on them. Your inputs are sent to our AI provider (see the Privacy Notice) to produce results. 7. Credits and payments Alpha credits are granted free of charge, have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire or be adjusted. No payment is taken during the private alpha. If paid plans are introduced, we will give notice and require separate agreement. 8. Feedback Feedback you give may be used freely by us to improve Avylo, without obligation to you. 9. Availability, changes and termination The service is provided during alpha with no uptime or support commitment. We may change, suspend or end the service or your access at any time, with notice where practical. You may stop using it and ask us to delete your account at any time. 10. Disclaimer The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. 11. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for consumer rights you have under mandatory local law. 12. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. 13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms.
